Try our light, flaky, delicious soft peanut butter brittle.
A truly inspired taste experience where the candy melts in your mouth, instead of sticking in your teeth like traditional brittle candy. We only use the finest ingredients including pure vanilla extract. The difference is clear in the superior taste and texture of our soft brittle. There are other soft brittles out there...but none as good as ours!
Our soft peanut brittle is cooked using a carefully-crafted hand-made process, and is Gluten-free, Dairy-free, and Vegan-friendly. No soy, egg, artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives are used. Shelf life is over 6 months, if kept away from high humidity (do NOT refrigerate). Keep in your pantry, and for long term storage seal in an airtight container.
INGREDIENTS: Peanut Butter (roasted peanuts, sugar, salt, fully hydrogenated vegetable oil), corn syrup, pure cane sugar, peanuts, water, confectioners sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, pure vanilla extract (vanilla extractives, water, alcohol).
University of Idaho Connection
The VandalStore is excited to showcase the delicious work and artistry of the Robinson Soft Brittle company out of Hayden, Idaho. They are strong supporters of the University of Idaho and the VandalStore.
Avalon Robinson, daughter to Todd Robinson, Director of Sales & Marketing, was consistently told by her doctors that she would not be able to do many things in her life due to a medical issue. One of the things she was told was she couldn’t do was attend college. But Avalon had a different idea and so did the University of Idaho.
The university was determined for Avalon to become a Vandal. However, tragedy struck while a student at the U of I, when Avalon found out that she was going to lose her mom. When the school was informed, they worked together to find a way to have Avalon to take all of her finals in one day in order to spend the rest of the time with her mother before passing.
Avalon is currently a Field Sales Rep for Robinson Soft Brittle and a published author of the children’s book, “The Fantastic Adventures of Caption Acorn,” published in 2019, and she is now working on the sequel.
