| Textbooks & Course Materials |
Return policies for digital and physical course materials ordered through the VandalStore’s Online Bookstore are managed by our textbook partner, VitalSource.
Physical Books can typically be returned within 30 days if they’re unopened and in new condition. Books marked “not returnable” or that show signs of use may not be eligible. eTextbooks and Access Codes may qualify for a refund if:

| General (Non-Textbooks) |
The VandalStore accepts returns for a full refund up to 14 days from the original purchase date (some exceptions apply). Returned items must be in saleable condition. Refunds will be issued in the same form as original purchase. An original receipt is required for a full refund. If an original receipt isn’t available, the VandalStore may provide one of the following options: an equally valued exchange or a VandalStore gift card for the current price of the item. | Gift Cards - Physical and Electronic | Gift cards are not transferable and may not be used to purchase another gift card or e-gift card. Unless required by law, GIFT CARDS CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE and are not redeemable for cash. If damaged, lost or stolen, gift cards can only be replaced with original proof of purchase for the remaining value in our records at the time the card is reported. |
| Return Exceptions |
Art Supplies - The following items cannot be returned: cut goods, all paper products, mat and foam boards, any open product and special orders. Food/Beverage/Sundries - Non-returnable. Clothing/Gifts - Undergarments, jewelry, face masks, linens, and articles that have been washed, worn or torn, are non-returnable. Customized/Personalized - Due to personal configuration, inscription, or design on these products, they are not returnable unless the product was damaged/defective upon arrival. Shipped Direct from Manufacturer - These items are custom and will NOT be returnable unless the product was damaged/defective upon arrival. Customers will need to contact and work with the manufacturer regarding their return policies. School and Office Supplies - All school and office supplies must be unopened. Special orders are non-returnable without prior approval and may be subject to a restocking fee. Technology - Technology may be returned in new condition within 14 days with receipt. Items returned with an opened box will be subject to a restocking fee. Opened accessories may not be returned. |
| Online Merchandise (Non-Textbooks) |
All merchandise must be returned within 14 days of its ship date and received in saleable condition. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the merchandise is proven defective or the wrong merchandise was shipped.
