Textbooks and course materials ordered through the VandalStore's Online Bookstore for pick-up at the Moscow location MUST be collected by the person listed in the “Ship To” field no later than the last day of finals for the semester in which the order was fulfilled. A Vandal ID or government-issued photo ID is required for pick-up.

The VandalStore and Online Bookstore will make reasonable efforts to notify students when their order is ready for pick-up.

Unclaimed items will be held for up to 7 business days after the last day of finals. After that, materials will be considered abandoned. The VandalStore reserves the right to resell or dispose of abandoned items at its discretion without additional notice.

If the order includes rented materials, the VandalStore is not responsible for returning them to the rental provider. The University of Idaho and the VandalStore are not liable for any fees, penalties or replacement charges resulting from unreturned rentals.

By placing an order, the student agrees to hold the University of Idaho and the VandalStore harmless for any issues resulting from abandoned items.
