The VandalStore accepts returns for a full refund up to 14 days from the original purchase date (some exceptions apply). Returned items must be in saleable condition.
Refunds will be issued in the same form as original purchase. An original receipt is required for a full refund. If an original receipt isn’t available, the VandalStore may provide one of the following options: an equally valued exchange or a VandalStore gift card for the current price of the item.
|Textbooks & Course Materials||Textbook/Course Material returns are accepted with an original receipt through the first 10 days of each semester. Summer term returns are only accepted during the first 3 days of class. You must return the book in the same condition it left the store. If sealed or wrapped, the seal must not be broken. If the book contains an access code, it must be intact and unused.
The VandalStore will determine whether books presented for return are in new or used condition.
|Rental Textbooks||Please refer to your rental agreement for rental terms. Rental textbooks may be returned in-person or returned via mail (shipping paid by student).
Please include your name and student Vandal Number to ensure your textbook rental return is recorded correctly. Rental returns without this information may result in late fees or replacement book charges.
|Gift Cards - Physical and Electronic||Gift cards are not transferable and may not be used to purchase another gift card or e-gift card. Unless required by law, GIFT CARDS CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE and are not redeemable for cash. If damaged, lost or stolen, gift cards can only be replaced with original proof of purchase for the remaining value in our records at the time the card is reported.|
Art Supplies - The following items cannot be returned: cut goods, all paper products, mat and foam boards, any open product and special orders.
Food/Beverage/Sundries - Non-returnable.
Clothing/Gifts - Undergarments, jewelry, face masks, linens, and articles that have been washed, worn or torn, are non-returnable.
Customized/Personalized - Due to personal configuration, inscription, or design on these products, they are not returnable unless the product was damaged/defective upon arrival.
School and Office Supplies - All school and office supplies must be unopened. Special orders are non-returnable without prior approval and may be subject to a restocking fee.
All merchandise must be returned within 14 days of its ship date and received in saleable condition. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the merchandise is proven defective or the wrong merchandise was shipped.
